Ensures the technical infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available. • IT strategy: Develops and implements strategies for IT systems, including design, deployment, and maintenance. Works with senior executives to ensure technology operations support the business's goals and strategy. • IT Budgets and Teams: Optimizes IT budgets and forecasts IT costs. Manage the IT team including developers, analysts, support technicians and vendors.• IT Security: Assesses potential security risks and manages application and system security. Evaluate the company’s adherence to federal technology requirements for security.• IT Disaster recovery: Manages disaster recovery. • IT Trends: Stays up to date on emerging technologies and trends. Implement company-wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees on new features. Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers.
