-Serve as the lead designer for print and digital collateral to promote Purposeful Work programs and philosophy to the entire Bates community, and external audiences-Collaborate with the entire Purposeful Work (PW) Staff team on advertising events through different mediums including email, Instagram, campus-wide monitor slides, and physical flyers/table ads-Craft and distribute targeted emails, as well as a campus-wide weekly newsletter sent to over 2,000 students and over 750 faculty/staff with a 73.29% open rate -Supervise and mentor the Digital Marketing Team, comprised of 4 students, all of whom are either international or first-generation college students-Facilitate meetings, train and develop design/marketing skills, create space for reflection and brainstorming, and lead students working on various PW campaigns-Foster a working environment within the student team that encourages personal growth, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

-Provided one-on-one support for a client diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder-Mentored the client and worked towards personalized learning goals set by their family-Acted as one of the primary designated systems of support within the client’s crisis intervention and stabilization plan-Engaged in both physical and mental activities outside of anything school-related-Logged detailed progress notes after every session-Received Behavioral Health Professional and Mandated Reported Certifications
