During which, I have demonstrated my dedication and professional ability to deliver value through committed leadership, strategic planning and my effectiveness in resource management of large geographically dispersed teams. • As the Head of Zero Harm, I provide strategic leadership across the business to ensure statutory compliance and conformance with company standards and business objectives. • Executive Project Sponsor to the national implementation of our contractor safety management system “Rapid Global”, resulting in standardized contractor onboarding, prequalification, issuing of digital permit to work and overall enhancement of our overall safety assurance program.• Developed and implementation of a digitized Critical Risk Lookahead tool, resulting in an 83% increase in Critical Risk Assurance activities across H&E in its first 6mths of inception and would go on to be released across the entire Social Infrastructure BU. This initiative was identified as a finalist the National Australian Institutes Health and Safety Awards (Award Night - August 2024).• Co Development and implementation of the of the Safe Over Summer Campaign (running from November to February). Resulting in a 50% reduction in recordable injuries and a 96% increase in Critical Risk Assurance activities across the LOB on the previous year's performance.

As a Deputy Project Manager to the United Nations Development Program - Medical Team, my main responsibilities were providing emergency critical care and coordination of emergency evacuation of united nations personnel deployed in Afghanistan during the 2009 Presidential Elections.During my time as the Regional Medical Coordinator / Paramedic for Central Afghanistan, I performed the role of the attending paramedic and regional medical co-ordinator during the attack on the UN Guesthouse, in Kabul on the 28th of October 2009.
