By maintaining the local community presence and bringing additional resources to support directors, staff, and families, our goal is to help owners seamlessly transition to the next phase in their lives.

Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related activity. Develop relationships with high priority acquisition targets and investment banks, evaluate investment opportunities, lead due diligence and negotiations, present recommendations to the board of directors, and spearhead post-close integration efforts. Assist with organic growth initiatives. Work directly with executive management and business unit leaders to develop and execute strategies in key areas of expansion.

Sourced, analyzed, and negotiated new investment opportunities for a top performing middle market private equity fund. Primary industries of focus included business services, manufacturing, and distribution. Completed six acquisitions and actively participated in portfolio management and ongoing board activities for six platform companies. Supported management teams with strategy, capital planning, forecasting and budgeting. Involved with creating limited partner communications and fundraising solicitation materials.

Provided M&A advisory, capital raising, valuation, and restructuring services at a leading middle market investment bank. Participated in the origination and execution of over 20 active client engagements, primarily in healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and business services. Created detailed financial and operating analyses and projections, authored sales documents, solicited potential investors, and managed due diligence processes. Led the training and on-boarding of new analysts.
