MDC/TAM/EM for Mandiant Managed Defense (MD) a.k.a FireEye as a Service (FaaS) / FireEye Managed Defense.• Service delivery management of all-things-MD for customers in the Southeast Asia and Greater China region.• Transition and onboard customer from IR to MD.• Deliver annual MD Service Reviews.• Lead customer facing MD Rapid Response engagements with collaboration with front and back end personnel.• Manage stakeholders.• Be a trusted advisor to customers' key stakeholders.• Conduct security posture assessments and provide qualified vendor neutral strategic and tactical recommendations.• Provide continual guidance on secure posture improvement.

• Be the point of contact for designated Platinum Support issues, to include but not limited to: incident management, escalation of issues, testing, problem resolution, IT security threat vulnerability and correlation notification, product major release, upgrade and retirement notification.• Provide product life-cycle management advisory which includes assessing and base-lining customer's environment, establish an operational management system to track how well customer's McAfee investment is performing, consult in the design and architecture of McAfee security products into the environment as business evolves and scales its needs, product roadmap briefings, etc.• Provide security risk assessment/management, customer profile and RROI assessment/tracking to the customer• Provide technical solutions to customers for specific individual or grouped products with a high focus on quality and expedient resolution. This includes but is not limited to speaking/working with the designated primary contact on an "as needed" basis or as preferred by the customer.• Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication with the customer's designated contact as required to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction with McAfee products and support services• Perform additional duties established by Management as they relate to the provision of technical support to McAfee's customers.• Ensure compliance with SLAs as contractually documented for Platinum Customers. These SLAs include, but are not limited to, customer status updates, issue escalation and the responsiveness of Product Specialists• Be contactable 24 x 7 for Platinum Customers• Assist Sales in selling support• Act as technical advisor to customers where required• Identify customers' technical needs and manage as required• Received various awards and recognition (See Honors & Rewards section)
