Having started from a Bartender role to my current position, I have an appreciation for the role that every single member of the team plays towards a business's success. In an increasingly difficult and automated business environment, I believe that the key to sustainable growth is the development of the team members, as human interaction makes or breaks the experience, and is not something that can be easily replaced by automation. I would like to think of myself as an unorthodox thinker, with solutions to problems that challenge the paradigm, as change is the only constant in life. The business world moves at such a frenetic pace that to stay on the cutting edge, businesses would need to be flexible not only with processes but with mentality as well. I look forward to new challenges and opportunities to further develop myself that I may be able to always contribute constructively regardless of my position/location.
