I am responsible for creating a critical mass of digitally connected planners, funders and delivery organisations across Europe in relation to the shaping of active communities.As part of the global leadership team, I lead the European region, supporting, guiding and enabling the team to achieve its potential. The role involves working closely with the Group CEO, the CFO and COO and other Heads of Department, as well as specialist roles across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Administration. I have responsibility for ensuring the execution of the regional budget and critical strategic initiatives and business process improvements within the region, as well as contributing to the wider Group.I am responsible for the region's profitability, manage the team in the region, as well as playing a broad role in company strategy, marketing, and product development.

The main purpose of this role is to lead the organisation in pursuit of its aim to improve the lives of the people of Norfolk through physical activity. A system leadership role, seeking to integrate and embed physical activity into the fabric of health and social care, local government and across the voluntary and community sector. Established and ran a community sports project working with disengaged young people in the deprived wards of a large market town. Working with 4-21 year olds, we used positive sporting activities as a vehicle to deliver social outcomes; raise aspirations, improve confidence & self-esteem, as well as providing a diversion from anti-social activities and behaviours.My responsibilities included:• Developing relationships with key local stakeholders e.g. schools, police, local authority, community groups• Management of all project finances• Recruitment and management of youth engagement team• Responsible for all marketing and communications• Recruited and worked directly with young people aged 4-21
