Benjamin Osgood has brokered over $500M in real estate transactions over two decades and is the founder of Recreate Commercial, a white glove real estate agency that provides conflict-free advisory services by exclusively representing occupiers in AI, entertainment, professional services, non-profit and technology. Benjamin began his career in 2006 and went on to join the listing teams for prominent landlords such as Ellis Partners, Legacy Partners, Graham Street Realty and Grey and Reynolds Properties. Today, he exclusively represents commercial tenants, however his background in landlord representation provides him with a unique 360º perspective which he leverages to maximize value while minimizing risk for his clients. In contrast to the current "handoff" model, Benjamin stays by his clients' side throughout all stages, from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies.  Outside of commercial real estate, Benjamin is an avid hiker, passionate chef, adventurous traveler, amateur photographer, mediocre tennis player, formidable bocce opponent and lover of the opera, symphony, ballet, hard bop jazz and all things music.
