I was with Mash Media before Mash Media was Mash Media (this seems to be a trend with me) - There were a few years contracting to help build Mash, before working full time. as the technical lead, and manager of the Web Team, as well as web developer, designer and problem solver.

After a 2 years of dating I was finally asked to go steady. I was ready to commit to this relationship and so far so good.The dev team is really great... We are ever growing, and as a founding developer, I have seen the app grow from something terrible to something exciting. In late 2015 I moved to the UK, learnt some pretty cool stuff and continued with development and design work, managed remote work and enjoyed most of it.In mid 2016 I moved back to Sydney and continue to create the UI and dabble in the back end code. I am quite comfortable playing around in all aspects of the web.BACK TO WORK!

Really enjoying the work that we get and the work that we do at Big Picture Labs.Our most notable clients are: LivingSocial - They required a way to design and publish their email marketing in a really quick and easy way. My favourite quote from them to date is "This. Is. Amazing." - Makes me smile every time! Flamingo - They are a startup that are creating their own brand of co-creation experiences for vendors and consumers and are taking charge of VRM. We're like one of the family with these guys.oOh Media - They are everywhere, helped them with a few side projects and really looking forward to working with them again. Preferably on Fridays!

Worked as the Senior Front End Developer in a really awesome team of professionals.I brought innovation, ideas and solutions to the team which, amongst many projects per week, included redeveloping the website with SEO in mind, in doing so I single handedly got CloseBuys to rank 1st in Google searches for "Shopping Specials in " within a week. Some suburbs were showing up the next day. (I patted myself on the back for that one!)Eventually, all good things must come to an end, and I believe that this app was ahead of its time. We all were working on an innovative shopping app that recommended local specials that you're actually interested in. I have now noticed a few other very similar apps out there now. Hopefully you guys will have better luck with hyperlocal marketing.

Implemented a bunch of solutions that really streamlined the mundane dev tasks.While working at Orion Creative, I helped increased profits three fold and set the way for junior developers to easily maintain systems.While it was a small studio it did have a few larger very demanding clients and ridiculous deadlines. I always approached these with a great attitude and knowledge which made all our clients happy.

I started Octate Multimedia in 2002. Starting with the design and development of inexpensive websites for small busniesses, we moved on to spreading out with tech support and online solutions. In early 2010 we merged with Orion Creative. Never give up never surrender.
