While working on the farm, I helped manage nine acres of organic produce focusing on heirloom and uncommon varieties. The farm was also home to flocks of Freedom Ranger meat chickens that were raised on pasture, and a herd of heritage breed pigs. During my time with Get Louder Productions I served as a Production Coordinator and Operations Manager. I travelled with the company to a range of locations to film small businesses, music performances, and a travel show. My role involved coordinating with all relevant staff and clients to ensure a seamless filming and recording process. When not on-set, I coordinated with staff and clients to ensure the highest quality deliverables that met the needs of the client in a timely manner.

As Director of Solid Waste Operations throughout 2017-18, I was responsible for a crucial link in the “closed loop” model of our sustainable foods system. The success of processes like this elevated Warren Wilson College as an environmental leader of national prominence.
