Hosted on IBM Cloud for secure data processing and storage, TRIXi utilizes IBM's Internet of Things (IoT) Foundation to collect and manage data from various building sensors and systems. Additionally, it incorporates IBM Cognos Analytics for creating interactive dashboards and reports. Benjamin partnered with 100+ professionals in various fields, including engineers, data scientists, and policymakers in Australian energy generation. He created financial models and feasibility studies for natural gas microgrids in New South Wales. Furthermore, Benjamin utilized cross-functional teams to analyze data and petition governments to amend electricity policies in Australia.

Benjamin was selected for an associate lecturer role in Trading and Dealing in Security Markets, a third-year finance course, while completing his undergraduate studies. Associate lecturer posts for third-year courses were reserved for students with postgraduate degrees such as Master's or Ph. Ds. He lectured students in Materials Science, a second-year course, and Trading and Dealing in Security Markets from the Engineering & IT and Business Schools. Benjamin supported the full-time lecturers in grading assignments, providing feedback, helping students with their academic concerns, and preparing course material.
