Energy. Creative. Fearless. Being infatuated with music since the day that I was born, has led me to follow my passion. My name is Benjamin Lee Pedro and I am an artist/dj/producer that goes by the name of ANIMATE. Focusing on the trait of energy, I am a high energy person with constant ideas for my music, brand, and social media management. I am 21 years old and I have been producing music since I was 18 years old. Let’s go back to 2011. That’s where I met my other brain to help me create ANIMATE, on the first day of Physical Education in seventh grade. We were locker partners and our first conversation we had was about music. We talked about what bands we liked and we were both interested in the Red Hot Chili Peppers at that time. From there we have been best friends and we first discovered dance music in 8th grade. From there we discovered Electric Daisy Carnival, and we had a set goal to go there when we turned 18. When the day came in 2015, our first step into the music festival decided at the same time that we could be on the stages at these festivals. So from there I bought a Digital audio workstation called Ableton and we began producing music and dj’ing in 2015. Ever since that day we have made an impact in dance music in the state of Arizona and have been having success.
