- Lead editor for 22 annual concert program books, encompassing program pages, program notes, artist bios, and feature articles.
- Writes 10+ bylined program notes/articles each year.
- Makes assignments and maintains editorial correspondence with Program Annotator and contributing writers. Identifies and hires freelance writers.
- Oversees publication process from content planning through editing, proofreading, and print.
- Edits and approves other public-facing materials from across departments.
