I managed as all aspects of the project, which featured 32 of Coventry and Warwickshire's musicians and visual artists. I was responsible for managing the call out, application processing, stakeholder engagement, production planning, creating systems and processes, contracting of artists, suppliers and contractors, recording and production, risk assessments, communications internal and external, marketing, monitoring and evaluation.I also ran the operations of multiple large scale public street food events at venues in the midlands during 2019.
