Conduct research under Larry Susskind.

• Develop and execute strategies to advocate for clients’ priorities with federal policymakers in Congress and in the Executive branch in the fields of smart cities, engineering, energy, and the physical sciences• Engage a variety of stakeholders regarding the Smart Cities initiative, meeting with federal policymakers, industry leaders, and nonprofit organizations in order to aid clients in understanding this new research thrust• Research, in a team-based setting, university and federal scientific investment priorities• Monitor, analyze, and report federal activities relating to science research, providing intel to clients

• Researched and wrote internal memos relating to science policy, foreign policy, and financial services• Interacted with constituents through letter drafting and informational sessions• Presented work to researchers from NASA, NIST, and AIP to prompt dialogue about science policy

• Developed an educational workshop for visitors to the Museum of Memory and Human Rights• Utilized my Spanish and English to conduct research using outside materials and onsite documents
