• Lead and plan the daily and strategic operations of five 7 Leaves Cafe stores in addition to flagship restaurant location, Artisan by 7 Leaves & Crema Bakery• Strengthen leadership team at each store by refining recruitment and onboarding procedures for general/asst. managers• Utilize multiple CRM platforms to extract genuine customer experiences and identify customer pain points• Develop district-level strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational, and customer service goals• Conduct regular meaningful developmental conversations with team members of all levels to foster growth culture • Facilitate HR team in personnel misconduct investigations to maintain integrity of company reputation

• Lead and plan the daily and strategic operations of two 7 Leaves Cafe stores in cities of Cypress and Irvine, California• Set strategic goals and store-specific objectives for two direct assistant manager reports• Develop successful leadership bench with both assistant managers promoting to general manager

• Hire, train, and coach staff as opening general manager of a new 7 Leaves Cafe store in Irvine, California• Enforce consistent safety, security, and cleanliness standards adhering to company guidelines and state law• Identify local store marketing opportunities with nearby businesses through affiliation discounts to increase brand affinity

- Work alongside local government officials and school directors to further the social infrastructure and security for a school in a high-risk, high-crime slum- Actively engage with the local community to develop rapport- Oversee the purchasing of building and school materials related to the ongoing project- Advise school officials on the topic of education to increase productivity and student engagement

- Assist with investigations to uncover ongoing crimes - Interact with the public, on the phone and in person; obtain information from victims, witnesses, and suspects to complete police reports and conduct preliminary investigations- Fingerprint and process narcotic registrants and departmental applicants; enter and retrieve data from internal computer systems- Train new employees on safety, department policies, public relations and problem solving; Transportation and tracking of evidence- Fluency in Vietnamese and understanding of Asian cultures to strengthen police-community relations- Assist investigative units and the district attorney with successful prosecution of department cases- Report writing, Burglary/Auto Theft, Gang Unit, Property & Evidence

- Interact with the public regarding political and social issues within the community- Manage constituent casework; respond to constituent requests- Become familiarized with key political strategies and assist with building community relations- Represent and convey the message of the office- Perform outreach to community leaders
