I serve as medical director of our team of neonatologists, providing care for babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). My passions include writing, leadership, and team building. As an experienced neonatologist, I enjoy using my skills to provide the best possible care for our babies and their families. As a certified physician executive and medical director, I aim to guide and empower those around me through authentic, servant leadership and provide visionary, transformative leadership to the people and organizations I serve. I value empathy, service, and integrity both in my personal life and in my workplace. Personally, I have an interest in creative writing as a means of mitigating physician burnout and am the author of "When All Becomes New: Stories of Life, Love and Loss in Neonatal Intensive Care."
