The Business Initiatives Manager is responsible for leading major business initiatives that impact the majority of Global inspection and Engineering Services. These initiatives generally have a significant, global, change management element and require significant interaction with leadership and with the major supporting functions within HSB. Focal areas included:- Change management and digital transformation planning.- Management of cross-functional, global teams to achieve organizational objectives.- Agile project Product Owner and principal SME.- Facilitate data strategy and system architecture discussions with business stakeholders.- Ensure alignment of initiative deliverables to strategic objectives.

Responsible for process improvement and strategic initiative development for all global business units – USA (Nuclear & Non-Nuclear) / Latin America / Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) / Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India, Southeast Asia (Asia Pacific):- Process and quality system compliance audits – supported development and maintenance of consistent, measurable global quality standards and procedures, as well as assuring that HSB Global Inspection and Engineering Services meets all accreditation requirements, and internal quality program requirements, through global auditing, compliance monitoring, and training activities. - Data capture and analytic system project business lead – Primary liaison between business unit leaders, developers and data architects. Project coordinator for business requirements development, use case development, business workflow definitions, and SME requirement elicitation.- Project member for CRM platform and enterprise business intelligence initiative – workflow definitions, development of Scope of Work, SME for business unit service delivery business requirements.

Inspection for welding program qualification and adherence to ASME Section IX. Inspection services for NBIC repairs on boilers, pressure vessels, and power piping to B31.1.

Ran the engineering department's asset management and preventative maintenance program. Tracked over 9,000 pieces of equipment for periodic maintenance accomplishment.Maintained and operated critical and non-critical equipment within typical commercial buildings. This includes cooling towers, uninterrupted power supplies, and chillers.Developed a national breaker labeling standard which maximized the chance of accurate breaker identification and operation during complex evolutions.

Developed over 50 work packages and sequencing documents for maintenance within nuclear fluid systems.Managed 70 projects within a nuclear power plant, culminating into over 3,000 hours of junior-level project management experience.Oversaw the maintenance and work practices of over twenty personnel within a nuclear power plant, with emphasis on proper procedural compliance and exceptional administrative accuracy.As a divisional maintenance manager, scheduled nuclear preventative maintenance actions in monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.Over shifting deadlines, implemented a program of scheduling and tracking of over 1,000 pieces of calibration equipment, achieving a squadron-best calibration completion rate.As an Engineering Watch Supervisor, ensured proper operation of all fluid, electrical and electronic systems within a pressurized-water nuclear plant during reactor-critical operations.
