- Application Support for 3M HDM/CDIS, 3M CAC, 3M CRS, 3M Core Grouping, Meditech Magic (ABS/ADM/MIS), PWC SMART and TeleTracking XT. - Managed Software Cut Over for recent Family Care Unit move. - Prepares and submits Quarterly Case Mix Submissions - Gathers, reviews, and summarizes information needed to determine solutions for client application software problems.- Assists with finalizing forms, procedures, and documentation needed for maintenance of application programs. - Expands refined skills to include the internals of more than one product area and externals of several product areas.- Uses effective problem solving skills by focusing on problems and ensuring that solution and/or deliverables conform to client specifications.- Communicates effectively with peers, product programmers, customer support representatives, customers, and management, to ensure timely resolutions to reported problems.Analyst with Configuration and Support experience for the following Software products:3M Products- Heath Data Management (HDM)- CDIS/DocMS- Connections Plus and HL7 Interface- Audit Expert- ARMS- Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS), both Window and Web based- Core Grouping Software- 360 Encompass Software- Computer Assisted Coding (CAC)Meditech Magic- Admitting (Limited)- Abstracting- MIS- NPR (Limited)PWC SMARTTeletracking XTCase Mix Perpetration and SubmissionsAdditional Experience with: Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/7/8,1, SQL Server, Citrix, Network Troubleshooting.
