I am Champlain College alumni with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Media Production. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained valuable practical job experience in programming at the Leahy Center of Digital Forensics, where I worked to extract data from Android devices via ADB. I then took these learnings to create my capstone piece: Shuffle Trip. Shuffle Trip is a SwiftUI application that allows user to rapidly generate day-trips by connecting to a custom backend which uses to YelpAPI to search for locations that a user may want to visit. The precursor to this was Shelf Life, a React Native application designed to allow for people to track what's in their pantry, and get insights into the status of their food, what they can cook with it, and even determine the pantry's nutrition.During my time at Frontier Regional High School, I had the opportunity to work in the auditorium, where I developed the ability to make quick yet well-thought-out decisions that impacted large audiences. This experience honed my problem-solving skills, allowing me to excel in situations with limited resources or overwhelming amounts of information. Working directly with clients, I transformed their visions and those of their peers into reality, producing a diverse range of shows including plays, musicals, meetings, assemblies, town events, and dance studio performances. I became well-versed in various audio and lighting equipment, from traditional to cutting-edge, with a strong emphasis on creating the right atmosphere for each performance.Frontier Community Access Television (FCAT) further expanded my expertise in live productions and recorded experiences. I became proficient in managing livestreams for various meetings and sporting events, as well as producing shoestring budget recreations of movie scenes. FCAT leverages modern tools to craft visually stunning videos, and I actively participated in both the art creation and video production processes. Additionally, I had the privilege of recording musicals and archiving live events, contributing to FCAT's extensive portfolio.I am excited to leverage my diverse background in A/V, filming, and problem-solving to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with talented teams. As a recent graduate from Champlain College, I am equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the ever-evolving field of computer science and media production.
