About Benjamin Rosner
My environmental consulting experience covers a wide range of services that focus around water resources. I started my career with Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI) in 2001 as a field intern and have built on that foundation considerably – becoming a project manager in 2005 and now managing the environmental science group, coordinating team members across departments and offices, and managing large and complex projects. I have always focused on developing my technical skills and staying up-to-date with the current regulatory climate. As my career has advanced, I have shifted some of my focus to project and team management; however, I am always looking to improve my technical capabilities. Some of my primary responsibilities include:• Site reconnaissance• Wetland delineation• Natural resource inventories• Existing vegetation studies• Endangered and threatened species searches• Habitat evaluations• Wetland mitigation monitoring• Clean Water Act (404/401) permitting• Stream assessments• Reports and evaluations related to Chesapeake Bay OrdinancesI have developed specific experience conducting surveys for state and federally listed threatened and endangered species. In addition, I have served as an expert witness to testify to matters related to wetland delineation.I am a client-driven, highly responsive project manager. I pride myself on delivering project results on-time and above expectations. This is demonstrated by a 90% repeat clientele at WSSI. You can contact me to discuss any of your natural resources consulting needs.
