As he puts it, “My background raising venture capital and consulting to businesses across science, research and innovation has allowed me a fair degree of intuition in anticipating emerging movements in the marketplace, and a fundamental understanding of the need to innovate and pivot at critical points, as well as the strategies required to bring that to bear.”Qualified in Business and International Trade and with a Diploma in Leadership, Benjamin’s wealth of experience often sees him approached to speak on topics such as authentic leadership, workplace equity, technology, digital transformation and corporate social responsibility.Outside of work, Benjamin is a passionate advocate of animal rights. In January 2013, he joined the Board of Animals Australia, a charitable body made up of NGO’s and related global NGO companies that support animal welfare in the Asia Pacific region.
