My primary role as a fundraising team leader was two-fold. Primarily I worked with high value schools across NSW & QLD to helped them to achieve fundraising targets through fundraising campaigns. My responsibility included 11 direct reports and a pool of 120 casual fundraising staff working primarily in retail shopping centres. During the 6 months my primary roles included; performance management, staff engagement, strategic innovation and implementation.

Developing and maintaining relationships with schools throughout the lower South Island; offering presentations, resources and education sessions about social justice, community development and the work of World Vision throughout the world.

Involved in various aspects of developing the business which eventually evolved into Adeez, a mobile marketing platform. My primary role was supporting the day-to-day running of the business through; managing sales staff, B2B sales, account management and developing connections with media buyers and marketing agencies. My role also included blogging, providing social media content and maintaining social media accounts.
