After developing the Inflatable Packers range of products, I developed,with the R&D team, the Expandable Patch Technologies and associated setting tools. As Métier Coordinator, I introduced Technical, Calculation, Quality and HSE Best Practice in the company and am co-author of 30 patents awarded or pending. I deployed the Product Data Management system from research to the manufacturing process and the Internal knowledge management software. For more than six years, I managed the R&D department, which consisted of mechanical engineers, Material science Ph.D. & technical operators.
