-Managed and maintained the battalion level ALSE program with over $1.2 million worth of ALSE equipment and personnel providing support essential to successful operations in combat and garrison.-Resourced the ALSE program supporting over 250 individual crew members with critical survival equipment and over 30 aircraft with first aid kits and Aircraft Modular Survival Systems (AMSS).-Received commendation for excellent management of the ALSE program, successfully achieving an excellent report from the Army Resource Management Survey (ARMS) inspection.

-Planned and executed VIP/executive support, general support, MEDEVAC escort, and reconnaissance missions.-Transported VIP/executive passengers including congressmen, senators, the Secretary of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Army, NATO commanders, and general officers of all military branches.-Supported interagency missions in support of Customs and Border Protection providing additional aviation resources resulting in improved security of the southwest border.-Experienced in mountain operations, off airport landings, terrain flight operations, and desert operations including degrade visual environment (DVE) landings.-Maintained tactical and technical proficiency providing safe and effective operations of UH-60 aircraft during day, night, IFR, and NVG operations.-Managed the flight schedule for the company during combat operations in Afghanistan resulting in the effective use of aircrews while also managing crew rest requirements.

-Complete maintenance test flights including track and balance, max power checks, and autorotational RPM checks enabling Unical Aviation Inc. to maintain restricted category H-60’s in flyable condition.-Perform flight instruction and conduct maintenance checks that are required to maintain flyable storage of over 15 H-60s.-Conducted a UH-60 cross country to HELI-EXPO 2017 conducting critical maintenance checks on the way and coordinating ground transportation for the aircraft when weather prevented flying into the convention center.
