Inventory Analyst

I deal with the daily inventory reports to ensure that stock levels are kept where they should be based on inventory space and fluctuations in demand. This also includes analyzing “make” items for in-house manufacturing jobs to fulfill parts, sales, and production orders. Solid relationships with vendors are maintained and strengthened through constant communication. This role focuses more on items that have long lead-times to ensure inventory levels are strong, while also scheduling our future orders. Working with vendors to fulfill these orders well in advance helps Deister to stay ahead of any shocks to the market that may cause delays in delivery. Show less
