CurrentCiti’s Corporate Strategy team partners with senior leaders in each of the bank’s franchises to identify and address their top strategic issues and opportunities, while providing regular updates to the bank’s C-Suite and Board of Directors.• Led project management across 14 workstreams driving Citi’s firm-wide transition to a new external reporting structure; partnered with stakeholders in Technology, Controllers, and Finance to track workstream-specific milestones and provide weekly updates to Citi’s Chief Accounting Officer and Controller.• Partnered with stakeholders in Strategy and FP&A to prepare update shared by Citi’s Chief Financial Officer at the firm’s June 2024 Services Investor Day; worked directly with Strategy and Citibank N.A. leadership to prepare updates for the Board of Directors on Citi’s Capital and U.S. strategies.• Prepared executive update on Capital One’s acquisition of Discover Financial, highlighting the deal’s key financials, strategic benefits to Capital One, and impact on the U.S. Cards / Payments landscape; outlined Citi’s potential strategic responses and the expected benefits / drawbacks of each (e.g., expand Co-Brand portfolio).
