In my role as a Lead Associate, I brought operational and strategic leadership to two impactful initiatives, driving change in both the VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization efforts and the newly launched Agent Broker Consumer Quality Initiative (ABCQI) supporting the Affordable Care Act.Agent Broker Consumer Quality Initiative (ABCQI) - CurrentSince August 2024, I have served as the Business Operations Lead for this ACA-supporting initiative, establishing foundational operations to enable efficient program service delivery. Working with a cross-functional team of solutions architects, AI engineers, solutions engineers, and compliance officers, I lead process development and documentation efforts to ensure operational excellence.VA Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office - June 2022 to April 2024I served as Chief of Staff over a 70-person Communications, Data Management, Training, and Change Management PMO. Between June 2022 and April 2024, we trained over 21,000 end-users across five VA medical centers and successfully deployed the new EHR. My responsibilities included managing program deliverables and work products, responding to Congressional inquiries, tracking program risks and mitigations, and ensuring the integrity of a high-stakes project crucial for improved patient care and operational efficiency.

Led a 17-person team focusing on Training Management Systems (TMS) for the VA EHRM-IO, streamlining operations and significantly improving the EHR training and change management process. My role was critical in transitioning TMS operations back to the government by working with government partners to build an TMS team within VA, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of EHRM-IO training initiatives.

I managed a portfolio of member programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful benefits to the member community. My approach to revitalizing underperforming programs led to a measurable reduction in member attrition rates, reflecting my commitment to enhancing both member value and overall organizational growth.

Co-Led the team supporting the FAA/AeroNavigation contract, contributing to contract renewal through meticulous deliverable management and resource allocation. My development of SharePoint tools for improved communications and collaboration was a key achievement, streamlining operations and enhancing team efficiency.

Coordinated global support for the Korean War Commemoration Program, producing events that honored veterans across 16 countries. My role in organizing a high-profile event with President Barack Obama and managing the 2013 Tournament of Roses Parade float was a testament to my project management skills and dedication to honoring our veterans.

Supported executive leadership in fundraising efforts and managed logistics for international medical device and vaccine shipments, demonstrating my ability to handle complex logistics and contribute to global health initiatives.

Managed over $1M in program events annually, negotiating contracts and reducing program costs by 7%. My role was crucial in delivering educational experiences to 16,000 participants each year, highlighting my capacity to manage large-scale events and optimize operational budgets.
