I currently work for Inalfa Roof Systems, where I assemble sunroofs. Now, I provide quality support for the on-site Liaison at the BMW manufacturing plant. I help check the parts on the sunroof and also help fix any issues that may occur on the sunroof. I have worked for Inalfa for four years and have helped support the on-site Liaison for two years.

  As an assembler for Inalfa I build the sunroofs at the plant in Georgia. Inalfa has many customers that they supply sunroofs for. One of their top customers is BMW. I was sent to the BMW manufacturing to help provide support for the on site Liaison in order to make sure the customer stays happy and to help save Inalfa money when it comes to fixing the sunroofs. Here are a few things that we have accomplished while being at the BMW manufacturing plant..1. Making sure the right parts are at the site in order to proceed with production without running out of supplies.2. Prevented the production line from shutting down by catching any possible sunroof issues that may cause down time.3. Constantly inspecting parts to in order to minimize defects.4. Helped provide on site quality rework for the customer which allows Inalfa to not have to get a third party company involved with any rework methods for the sunroof.
