Leadership and communication are some of the skills I have improved during my career path. I have worked in different areas that had helped me to enhance my abilities and made me who I am right now. For example, I first developed my customer service and sales skills as a sales representative for a telemarketing business company. Then, as a Petroleum Engineer, I had the opportunity to work in a company that allowed me to strengthen my leadership skills as a supervisor in operations. I have gained teamwork abilities and knowledge of manufacturing management leading projects successfully, and communication and teaching skills training co-workers in Colombia and Bolivia. Afterward, I wanted to keep growing, and for that reason, I started to work as a freelancer, representing Darim Engineering (a Chinese company) in Colombia, offering and selling a variety of equipment there. Additionally, I also started to develop my IT skills. I acquired them through working for Masa Stork as a Data Engineer. All this built my time management and organisation skills.To keep pursuing my dreams and broaden my knowledge, I moved abroad to accomplish my MSc Engineering Management degree which I am currently completing. This will improve the skills that I already have and enrich me with new ones that will allow me to grow professionally and most important, as a person.
