As the Director of the Customer Support team in the Americas, I oversee NICE Actimize's Americas customer support team. The team ensures client satisfaction and continued product success for all of NICE Actimize's financial crime and compliance solutions. The team consists of L2 and L3 engineers who assist clients with any issues or questions they may have regarding NICE Actimize's financial crime and compliance solutions. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing guidance on product functionalities, the Customer Support team is dedicated to delivering timely and effective assistance. In tandem with the Director of Tech Support, I run the global Access Softek Technical Support Team. We have worked within both an Agile and SAFe framework. In the last 2 years, our team has stabilized around 35 team members after a few years of rapid growth (between 2016 and 2018). The team is highly technical, which is paramount in the Financial Technology industry that we service. Within the team, I have done general on-boarding, trained team members on product management/project management, worked on diversity and inclusion initiatives, and been instrumental in creating processes for a growing team with expanding responsibilities.

As the Regional Manager, I manage a team of 11 direct reports. Our team provides a plethora of services to the Access Softek client base. Including, but not limited to, Implementation of small to medium-sized features, full production support for the online banking and mobile banking products, technical support team growth and handling of any client requests that come into Access Softek after a company has gone live with one of our products. We work closely with the implementation team, account management team and development teams in order to ensure that our product is on the cutting edge of innovation. As the manager of the NY tech support team, I spend a large amount of my time handling high priority clients or dealing with escalated issues that require an expedited, reliable upgrade or troubleshooting process.
