I have been working on the Technical Support team at Access Softek for 6 years, and managing team members for 5 of those years. I currently co-manage a team of 35 team members with the West Coast Director. Our team is in charge of nearly all client contact post go-live, as well as assisting the development team, product team, and implementation team in creating an innovative product that exceeds our client's expectations. I have personally built a robust foundation in technical presentations, code review, technical troubleshooting, project management, networking, and product management. All while simultaneously building a full compliment of management skills.
