Initially hired as a salesperson. In the first month at Keepe, self-trained outside of business hours and became a licensed General Contractor to help with contractor shortages. After several months in sales, transitioned to developing and running the customer success program for enterprise customers in Seattle, Phoenix, and San Francisco. Created and maintained strong working relationships with key accounts, ensuring that their partnership with Keepe was successful. Oversaw all major construction projects and ensured successful completion of each job.

Oversaw all logistical aspects of the three month musical tour, with 65 performances. Created and monitored budgets and cash flow. Mediated between the venue management and the band, responsible for all financial transactions. Planned travel routes and lodging accommodations. Solved problems creatively to ensure the success of the tour.
