I was a Racker from 2005-2015, and am now a Technical Fellow / Enterprise Architect at Indeed.I’ve had the opportunity to learn about culture, strategy and customer focus (a/k/a Fanatical Support) from the Rackspace founders and helped build Rackspace from pre-IPO (with a few tens of million in revenue) to publicly traded (with over two billion dollars in revenue). As a leader, I am proud of those results combined with consistent recognition as a great place to work…all while growing from four hundred to six thousand Rackers. At Indeed I am responsible for the architecture of our billing system, including a modernization effort that includes a journey to the AWS public cloud and adoption of SaaS software.My experience spans a variety of domains including enterprise architecture, cloud computing, application development, product management and people management. I love leading people with an emphasis on respect.
