Senior software engineer developing on a modern technical stack composed of Microservices written in Node.js

Management• Supervise a dedicated team of junior and senior developers• Work closely with Product Owner(s) to identify and develop implementation plans for new features• Review and migrate code changes to a production environment• Serve as technical adviser for human resources to assist with the evaluation and hiring of new developersTransactions• Work to improve and maintain specific product(s)• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Product Support teams to address client issues and implement new features• Ensure product bugs are resolved or addressed in a timely fashion• Cultivate shared repository of codes with other Software Engineer Leads Reporting• Summarize weekly reports submitted from the development team • Provide weekly reports to the Associate Director of New Technology/Employer Services as well as the Director of Software Engineering.  Compliance• Comply with internal policies, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal legislatures • Communicate to direct reports any changes in policies and procedures in a timely manner and ensure proper compliance is followed• Participate in scheduled compliance trainings and seminars.

-Gather requirements, develop and manage Lufthansa Cargo crew management system for submission of eAPIS to customs-Operational expert for Lufthansa Cargo website-Scope and plan reporting tool for Lufthansa Cargo load plan system
