My primary focus is on Public Improvement Projects within Boone, Hendricks, Montgomery, Putnam, Vigo, and Clay Counties. The goal is to provide efficient utility conflict analysis to avoid relocation. Public Improvement has multiple stages including: initial notices, conflict analysis, verification, work plan, and notice to proceed. The process requires using GIS, AutoCad, Synergi, and SAP. Drawings, cross-sections, and meetings help provide the necessary details to work up a relocation design when required. In-house communications with Land Services make sure Easement documentation is provided/acquired. Preliminary Design Review and Standard Order of Procedure meetings between Operations and Field Supervisors on designs, materials, and updates on current and upcoming projects are regular responsibilities. I develop and estimate; draw a design in ESRI; model the design in Synergi, and put together all the necessary paperwork required for our contractors. I schedule staking, walk-throughs, and regularly perform site visits. I applying for INDOT, and County Permits. Presenting future projects at bi-monthly information meetings is a necessary task to keep the field crew informed on engineering plans.Skills included: time management, organization, communication, and continued learning. I graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree, emphasis in Civil Engineering. Shortly after, I passed the FE exam. I am currently scheduled to take the PE exam at the beginning of 2023.
