- Independently lead the most significant proposals in terms of complexity and company importance. In addition to single large complex proposals, ability to lead multiple proposals simultaneously - Lead/contribute to the development of pricing strategies (this includes understanding customer “care-abouts” , potential future work, affordability initiatives, program financial objectives, risks, and opportunities) - Assist Estimating management with work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure adequate resources are available within a program •Assist in training and supporting the less experienced Estimators (basic FAR requirements, proposal process, etc.) - Ensure full FAR compliance on all proposals. Capable of providing compliance guidance on complex situations to include change proposals - Provide estimating guidance and support to program personnel. This includes ensuring the proposal plan is complete, fully compliant, and based on realistic milestones - Coordinate with all levels of management within the program (includes ensuring alignment on priorities, strategies, expectations, and status).

- Development of program budgets, program cost analysis, weekly earned value reporting and variance analysis, EACs for minor and major programs, and monthly cost forecasting- Financial planning and analysis for the MLS programs includes cash projection updates, reporting and analysis on bookings, sales, profit, and net cash, Short Range Outlook meeting participation, and contribution to the Annual Operating Plan and 5-year strategy- Ensure company policies are followed and financial discipline is maintained and remain flexible with other business functions to meet business expectations

• Perform financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.• Work closely with Program Management on cost development, cost management and cost control by integrating financial metrics into normal work activities.• Participate in program risk, mitigation plans, opportunities and corrective action analysis.• Monitoring cost / schedule progress in comparison to budgets, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) maintenance, weekly labor reports, cost transfers, bookings / sales / profit / cash forecasting. • Development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and preparation of complete and timely monthly program review packages.

• Customer invoicing of various types of complex government, commercial, and foreign contracts.• Provide accurate unbilled analysis for all contracts under my care• Audit new contract input and modifications for accurate billings information.• Analysis of cost incurred in SAP project module and reconciliation of any variance with the SD module.• Work with Program Office, Contracts, and Financial Analyst to resolve issues, period of performance, cost in excess, etc.• Work with accounts receivable department to resolve, over/underpayments and liquidation variances.
