As a principal of Jordan & Skala Engineers, I help lead our Dallas office operations and business development efforts, but I don't do it alone. I have the incredible support of all our other partners, a very deep bench of highly talented engineers/designers, discipline directors, sustainability and modeling experts, a top notch sales and marketing group, and several others key administrative departments.
