With over four years of experience in leading and supporting cooperative and regional-oriented business models, I am the head of sustainability services at Genoverband e.V., the largest cooperative auditing association in Germany. My mission is to help credit cooperatives understand and shape the sustainable transformation in their impacts, strategies, and processes.Together with my dedicated team, we provide comprehensive and practical guidance on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges, risks, and opportunities for our members and our own organization. We also facilitate cross-sectoral dialogue and innovation through our sustainability council, which brings together key stakeholders from various fields. In addition, we demonstrate our commitment and progress on sustainability by publishing our annual DNK statement.
