I worked as a seasonal customer assistant in the Waitrose unit at the Birchanger Green Welcome Break services during my time off from University. It was expected of me that I delivered a high level of customer service while serving customers on the till, that the shelves were fully stocked and the daily delivery was quickly stored and distributed around the store.
