Shorb is a St. Albans School (D.C.) graduate and a senior at the University of Denver, majoring in psychology with minors in marketing, entrepreneurship, and business information analytics. Ben will be starting a master's degree in data analytics next year. In the past, Ben has had significant experience in finance and marketing, focusing on web development, UX and UI design, and blockchain social media management. Ben is also an established photographer and videographer, which he has used to his advantage in marketing and financial endeavors.As of August 2022, Ben launched his marketing consultation company, Shorb Media Group LLC, in Denver, CO. Shorb Media Group is currently working with numerous clients, including musicians, internet influencers, and local businesses. Outside of class, Ben is the President of the DU Web3 Club and participates as a member of the Entrepreneurship Club and Psychology Club. As Ben works within these clubs, he is excited to meet new people in the area with similar interests.Ben worked as a marketing consultant for Butterflye Solutions with a 5-person team, a role sponsored through a University of Denver scholarship and the Colorado University Innovations Council, until June 2024. He is proud of the work and accomplishments achieved with that team. Additionally, Ben completed his work with SII Poland, where he was excited to dip his toe into the world of tech sales.In the spring of 2024, Ben started a window washing company, See Clear Crew, which is now successfully running with three employees. Ben is a multiple-time case competition winner, most recently winning the Media and Tech Collective case competition.
