My role is to continue to transform Vertical's growing business units into excellent client delivery, responsive and knowledgeable support, along with providing our partners with technology advisory services. The utilization of the latest tools combined with professional staff that can compliment the full need of any business; from the full service of an IT department, the project delivery to augment an existing IT department in a project roll-out; to management level consultation of business systems and the latest changes in infrastructure. This role and the excellent people I have the good fortune to work with will continue to excel and transform Vertical further as a trusted advisor able to provide complete hosting solutions, complex high-availability environments, as well as business driven back-office solutions. More importantly, Vertical Operations is there to make the end-user experience the best it possibly can be and allow said users a quick responding outlet to address everyday problems. This hard work has led to exceptional growth, two years (2014 and 2015) as Continuum Partner of the year as well as being Microsoft Gold Partners in Dynamics ERP, Mid-Size Networking, and Cloud Solutions.

Combined with a like minded hard working Partnership, created one of the top five consulting firms in the region. One of only 35 Platinum Citrix Partners, EMC go-to partners, and VMWARE experts status along with being Microsoft Gold in many disciplines. AEC Group received numerous awards and revenues nearly doubled every year. Was involved in all aspects of the business.

Start-up focused on SharePoint, CRM, and Project Management. Was one of three founders. Profitable from the very first month. Responsibilities focused on Project Management large ERP implementations for publically traded organizations.

Worked in the Consulting Division in the Pittsburgh Office. Focused on large ERP implementations. Moved quickly from technical lead to Project Management. Led Division in Billable Hours in 1998 and 1999.
