North Carolina State University

Develop and provide leadership training for 120+ students annually at North Carolina Piedmont Region Naval ROTC Consortium. Build and lead new team of 20 students each semester to manage student operations, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and project management. Instruct courses in leadership, management, ethics, and naval weapons systems. Managed Navy Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention (DAPA) and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) programs for NROTC at 3 universities (NC State, Duke, & UNC)/200+ individuals

Instructed and evaluated knowledge, skills and operating procedures for over 60 pilots and aircrew. Ensured standardization in flight procedures and aviation training, including qualifications, inspecting flight schedule, and flying as evaluation pilot. Mentored and trained junior pilots. Influenced key leadership with policy recommendations in response to new technologies and changing operating environments.

Built and led a team of 15 personnel including mechanics, electricians, avionics technicians, and logisticians responsible for maintaining and accounting for two $30 million MH-60R aircraft and millions of dollars of tools and equipment. Led 4-person crew and mentored 3 copilots while flying missions from US ship.

Led team of 16 supply technicians managing financial budget, procurement and accountability of $14.3 million of tools and equipment, calibration and control, and HAZMAT maintenance and disposal for 280-person squadron. Managed $ 1.9 million budget for fuel and support assets.
