I was working on a shipping application that could help ships at sea find their nearest appropriate repair yard. I got involved with the developers and started learning about path finding algorithms and web technologies. Two years later, I became the information manager for a healthcare startup, and I’ve been working in healthcare ever since, typically as a healthcare analytics consultant. I’ve experienced the health sector at multiple levels, from small and focused projects to huge multi-stakeholder undertakings.Most of my work concerns either diagnostic or predictive analytics, or providing data science expertise to clinical informatics projects. I started Cyan Q in 2022, after working on the pandemic response and vaccine roll-out.I have deep experience in the healthcare sector.
