Redesigned and developed the organization’s website into a new framework, managed social media accounts, converted and combined existing marketing databases to streamline CRM marketing, managed development assistants, directed all IT related tasks including hardware, network, and server administration. I pursued a grant that was awarded to the organization for over $100k+ per year in funding for their development department within my first 6 months. Each month I wrote the organizations monthly newsletters for marketing and created new fundraisers while coordinating with the development department.
