In my 3 years with LifeLabs, I helped hundreds of companies of all sizes and industries implement training programs to improve leadership, communication, feedback, and DEI skills. I supported HR Managers, Leadership Team Members, DEI Leaders, and more in their efforts to support their teams' learning with in person or virtual Live training solutions. I was with them from start to finish, helping them choose the training solution, to helping them customize and design, to implementing, and ultimately reviewing and measuring the success. I learned a ton about program management, live training solutions, meaningful customer support solutions, and measuring the success of important programs that impact the bottom line.

At ClassPass, I operated as a one person Learning and Development team, which gave me the chance to dive in and learn tons about building effective learning programs from the ground up with limited budget and time. I ran L&D as the ClassPass team grew 250% from 200-700+ employees. My programs were focused on growing employees in the areas of Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Skill Building, and cross-functional business exposure. I also worked heavily in employee experience, culture, and engagement programs. My passion was helping ClassPass employees love & enjoy where they work. My highlight program was our internal mentorship program, which connected hundreds of employees as mentors and mentees and empowered them to develop skills and shape their careers within the organization.I was also known as the “Go To MC” for my ability to facilitate major team events anywhere from global team all-hands meetings to Tuesday night Trivia.

I built a 2 week onboarding program that was educational, fun, and helped new employees fall in love with our company and really care about the company mission, vision and goals.

I started my career at ClassPass on the Customer Experience team and learned many valuable skills & lessons about how to keep people feeling great about their experiences with the ClassPass product. I especially enjoyed chatting live with users who I could help in the moment, and ended up leading the charge on scaling our Live Chat service in its first year. I was also involved in projects quantifying user feedback to be communicated to product & marketing teams in order to better serve the customers who were using ClassPass. My passion was advocating for the customers and making sure that their actual concerns were being adressed and protected through company OKRs and other relevant initiatives.
