-RideStrong: Developed and managed a membership program (incl paid) and independent online social network for NZ's recreational cyclists. This was a BikeNZ strategy to form a relationship with typically non club affiliated recreational cyclists. -Communications: Develop communications campaigns specifically through email (using MailChimp), video, and PR. Developed nation-wide PR campaign on cycle safety resulting in a private members bill to parliament.- Project management of a new nationwide cycling series targeting recreational cyclists and NZ's 11 biggest recreational cycling events. Resulted in increased membership, attracted new sponsors, and formed a relationship with non-affiliated event organisers.
