Determines appropriate disability compensation when service-connected medical conditions ends military service. Participates and represents organization in DoD, Service, and Air Force level disability councils and boards as required, regardless of Disability Evaluation System matters. The final authority to either allow a waiver, plea bargain, or proceed with a hearing on a case-by-case basis.

Led organized and developed front line hospitality programming at 9 different locations over 21.5 years. Evaluated programming made adjustments to ensure financial viability, reviewed and adjusted budgets monthly. Responsible for human resources and overall program management of 30 plus program areas.

Directly support over 40 parks and recreation directors in operational and financial planning and execution. Serve as the direct interface on financial goal planning, programmatic reviews, human resource, and construction across 30 plus program lines and 1,200 individual operations.

Supervised 650 personnel as the overall manager for 30 actvities to provide recreation, fitness, food service, child care and edcuational opportunites for 12,000 base workers and 49,000 community members. Increased revenue 10% and patronage 8% while developing strategic plans on each activity to ensure long term profitability.

Oversees the daily operations of a 3,200 person organization encompassing over 41,000 acres of property generating $125M in revenues with an operating budget in excess of $300M. Provides essential hospitality programs enabling customers to relax and regenerate: to include 3 hotel complexes (3,000 rooms), 15 restaurants, 5 community centers, 4 human resource offices, 11 fitness centers, 4 outdoor recreation with equipment rental and storage, 3 golf courses, 21 child development centers, and numerous other programs and events.

Director for a 50+ person team responsible for a $500M construction program across the Air Force hospitality programs. Projects range from minor renovations/facelifts to new clubhouse and hotel construction. Ensures projects meet minimum return on investment goals. Manages Human Resource Office for 22,000 employees at over 100 disparate locations. Ensures health and benefit plans are supportive and fiscally solvent via a $189M retirement and $345M pension funds; grew both 6%. Provides a robust online/computer based training site and on-site/in-person training program for 46,000 employees encompassing basic customer services to specific program skills for 30+ different program areas.
