The Biomedical Engineering Society promotes a collaborative and inclusive community to advance human health through education, discovery, and translation. In our local chapter, I led the development of two large changes to both the Engineering Open House Committee and the Workshop Committee. Through these changes, we aimed to increase passion for Bioengineering education through more personal workshops and development of technical skills through impactful projects.

As a fellow at the iVenture Accelerator, an educational accelerator for top student startups at the University of Illinois run through the Gies College of Business, I collaborated daily with the fellowship team to uphold iVenture's high standards for all guests, including speakers, alumni, and students. As a DEI fellow, I led inclusion initiatives to improve cohort engagement within the iVenture community to ensure a safe working environment for all members. I also organized the iVenture Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, making it more accessible and filterable for over 1,800 relations. Additionally, I developed a referral system that matched startups with mentors based on industry and skill expertise.

As an operations associate at Innobaby, I managed 20-50 daily ecommerce orders, from picking, packing, to routing shipping information. I received incoming inventory and organized the warehouse to ensure proper product counts in our databases for monthly procurements.
