Oversight of Medical Affairs activities for the Aesthetics portfolio (dermal fillers, Botox and breast implants) for Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Medical Device portfolio. Role involved; implementation of IIT's to meet strategic goals; protocol development and CRO liaison for sponsored post marketing studies; interacting with European surgical socieites; clinical input into the development of calls for evidence for national guidelines; collaboration with national governmental bodies (eg DoH); chairing both national and European advisory boards. I also worked closely with Marketing and Market Access to both develop and implement the launch strategy for new products and setup a network of KOL's in the region to help formulate an executive committee to support the launch.
