𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 🛫 · Visit print shops in Argentina + Vietnam to build relationships + standardise global supply of high-quality flag stock. · Design branding + marketing, a variety of print materials, digital content, Email templates, wireframing, and videos. · Liaise with media (Radio, TV, SM, Newspaper), build social media collaborations, visit language schools, hotels, Embassies, take teams of volunteers to Universities and Student Fairs, form local government collaborations, set up ~50 volunteer-moderated communities holding 100k's of members on Facebook and Telegram. · Hire a Dev team, build a platform allowing Managers record finances, pay franchise fees, download invoices and order flag stock to any city worldwide using crypto. · Personally provide remote tech support, setting up company Email, cloud storage or general tech issues through remote desktop control.

Go! 🛫· Design automated interviews and onboarding roadmaps. Establish conflict resolution procedures at IRL city level + Manager/Venue disputes, as well as internally (remotely) in the organisation, enable a community counsellor. Established quality control checks, monthly reviews with goals and rewards for each team. · Build 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 where Managers support each other, where Photographers share advice and resources, a forum for social media admins to confer, and Ambassadors to meet IRL and role-play our welcome routine to participants, to teach team members about Bitcoin, community building techniques and conflict avoidence/resolution. · Establish criteria to identify new markets, build roadmaps for each new product with clear milestones and minimal effort onboarding of partners.2019 ➡️ +30 cities. 18k + monthly participants. · Coordinated a global network of 100s of Managers, Photographers and volunteers in 30+ cities in 5 continents. · 2020 we lost it all. AutoStar Transport was just over a year old when I joined, recently expanding their team to ~30 people.
